CNC Operator Assistant/Installer (Siloam Springs)
Compensation: starting at $18-20/hr depending on experience
Employment type: Full-time
Full Time- 40 hours/week; paid weekly
Starting pay $18-20/hour depending on experience.
WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.
Candidates with a MINIMUM of 2 years of experience to qualify for higher starting pay

WE ARE THE ONLY GRANITE SHOP IN NWA TO HAVE A NORTHWOOD CNC FAB CENTER
-this means there is very little fabricating the CNC machine doesn’t do, and what’s left is super easy
-mainly polishing top and bottom roles and making sure backsplash is polished
– you will work in the fab shop Mon-Wed and install on the job site Thur-Fri
We are a small team and family run business. We work closely together and rely on each individual to do their part so that operations can run smoothly and efficiently.
Must be able to take directions and follow them carefully.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted, team lift heavy stone slabs of 1000+lbs with assistance, and able to be on your feet in a non-climate controlled, wet and dusty environment.
Must be a hard worker and be able to show up on time and every day.
Must be willing to learn and do whatever tasks are assigned.
Must be able to see something needs done and take initiative to do it.
Job Duties:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Grinding, sanding, cutting, polishing stone pieces
Sweeping, removing trash and scraps and other cleaning as needed
Assisting with slab placement onto CNC Machine
Carrying in and placing stone counter tops on site
Other job duties as assigned
